Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All payments must be in US Dollars. Sales tax will be charged to any Oklahoma orders.

Shipping Policy

We ship most regular orders via the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days of receipt, if the product is in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments must be sent via USPS.
Shipments to PO boxes (including APO's and FPO's) must be sent via USPS.
I am sorry, but we currently do not accept international orders.

Return Policy

Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning any items. Returns will only be allowed within 10 days of receiving your order. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. All 'Special Occasion' crystal jewelry is not returnable. Within 2 weeks of receiving your return, we will send you a refund check or credit your charge card (less any applicable shipping charges and/or restocking fees) depending on your original method of payment. We only refund shipping and handling charges if we made an error with your order.
